Project Description:
Under multiple contracts, E&R has provided civil engineering, design and permitting for roadway, sidewalks, and drainage projects along 3,300 miles of roadway and over 5,000 miles of open drainage ditches and outfall systems and an unmeasured length of closed, piped systems.
Projects have included intersection design, lane addition, new sidewalk and ADA ramps, drainage and utilities specifications and design criteria package development.
CEI services include constructability reviews, contract administration, inspection, and the coordination of materials sampling/testing for the construction of road/bridge projects throughout the City.
