Project Description:

Since 2001, Eisman & Russo, Inc. has provided project scheduling, construction cost estimates for street widening/resurfacing, drainage rehabilitation, sidewalk construction, and drainage improvements, including construction management and inspections as major tasks, and the overseeing of contractors and inspectors on an on-going basis.  In addition, a GIS computer tracking system is used to capture data associated with each task to provide a comprehensive inventory of data elements presented in an internet format. Eisman & Russo is responsible for generating requests for purchase orders, tracking completed streets, creating reports and responding to CARE requests through the MAXIMO system.

In our program management experience, we have paved, inspected and rated over 5,000 miles of roads – major arterial roads to residential streets – constructed 420 miles of new sidewalk, and responded to thousands of repair and improvement requests.
